Federal Requirement
Mandatory Consumer Rights Disclosure
Required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1679c
- You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report without the use of a credit repair organization.
- You may review your credit report for free once every 12 months from each of the three major credit reporting agencies — Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion — by visiting AnnualCreditReport.com or by calling 1-877-322-8228.
- Veterans Credit Group cannot promise to remove accurate negative information from your credit report. We can only dispute information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable under applicable federal law.
- Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq., you have the right to cancel any contract with a credit repair organization within three (3) business days of signing, without penalty or obligation.
- Veterans Credit Group is prohibited by law from charging or receiving any money before fully performing the services it has agreed to perform for you.
- You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act. This law prohibits deceptive practices by credit repair organizations.
- Veterans Credit Group must provide you with a copy of the Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law before you sign a contract. You have the right to receive a copy of any contract you sign.
This disclosure is provided pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1679c(a) of the Credit Repair Organizations Act.
Terms of Service

1. Services Provided
Veterans Credit Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides credit audit, dispute filing, and credit strategy consulting services to consumers. Our services are governed by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq., and all applicable state laws. We do not guarantee the removal of any specific item from your credit report. We can only dispute information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable.
2. No Advance Fees
In compliance with the CROA and the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule, Veterans Credit Group does not charge or collect any fees before services are fully performed. All fees are disclosed in your written service agreement prior to the commencement of services.
3. Right of Cancellation
You may cancel your service agreement with Veterans Credit Group within three (3) business days of signing, without penalty or obligation, by notifying us in writing. After the three-day cancellation period, cancellation terms are governed by your individual service agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information to Veterans Credit Group, including copies of your credit reports, identification, and any correspondence from creditors or credit bureaus. You agree not to make any misrepresentations to creditors, bureaus, or any third party in connection with our services.
5. Limitation of Liability
Veterans Credit Group's liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which services are provided, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
7. Changes to Terms
Veterans Credit Group reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, Social Security number (for credit report purposes), and copies of your credit reports and related financial documents. We also collect information automatically when you use our website, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to provide credit repair services, communicate with you about your account, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Information Sharing
We may share your information with credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion), original creditors, and collection agencies as necessary to perform dispute services on your behalf. We may also share information with service providers who assist us in operating our business, subject to confidentiality agreements. We will disclose information when required by law or in response to valid legal process.
4. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
5. Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide services to you and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When your information is no longer needed, we will securely destroy or anonymize it.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information held by us, subject to applicable law. To exercise these rights, please contact us in writing. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
